I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday this year! For my family and I, we had a fabulous but busy holiday season. I had many grand plans to write extra blog posts and fill my hours with nothing but writing, however, real life didn’t allow for this to happen. Aside from the hustle and bustle of Christmas, I also have been preparing for spring teaching courses, including SAT/ACT Prep courses and Career seminar for High School students. I have also been plugging away with writing Rebels and Ruin. So, many things, including extra blog writing, have taken a back seat. Life happens, as many of you know, especially when you are a busy mother of four.

That being said, I do have plans to be more active in January with Fantasy Fiction Fix Fridays coming back online. I will have the conclusion serial episodes of Forlorn and new Plunder of Blood shorts up as well as interviews with up and coming YA/NA Writers of many genres, including Fantasy. I have plans to collaborate with new authors as well as some familiar faces. Come spring I also hope to have publishing news for Book One of the Mist and Shadow series.

I did have time earlier this month to sit down with a fellow YA/NA writer and blogger Deliaria Davis and talk about writing and life. If you want to take a look at the interview, just follow the link HERE. This Friday I will be releasing my monthly Blog World Tour (BWT) Interview with  YA/NA writer and blogger Trin Carl.  I hope you will come back this Friday to check it out.

For now, I wish you all a wonderful, festive holiday season no matter your faith or beliefs. May it be a wonderful end of the year for each and every one of you.

Thank you, Heather! Plans are great, but unless you put them into action they are just dreams. My goals are to do more, plan less this year.
I hope you have a wonderful 2017! May it be full of writing and happiness and much success.
